  • Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment providers.

6. Orders, Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Order modifications are permitted within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours for a full refund.
  • After 48 hours, cancellations or modifications are not accepted due to production commencement.

  • As products are custom-made, returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage.
  • Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

16 Coupon Code Terms & Conditions
