If an item is customized specifically to your request:

If a return is approved for other exceptional reasons, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and return procedures will apply.
For customized items, cancellation may not be possible once production has begun.
