Important Product Disclosure

All products sold by Philips Modern Home are custom-made to order based on customer-selected specifications such as size, material, finish, or color. This affects return eligibility, as outlined below.

Order Modifications

  • Order modifications (dimensions, color, or specifications) are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • After 24 hours, changes are not possible as production begins.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 48 hours, cancellations are not accepted due to production and material allocation.

Returns & Replacements

Because products are custom-made, returns are accepted only under the conditions below, in compliance with Google transparency requirements.

Eligible for Return or Replacement

A return or replacement may be approved if:

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect
  • The product was damaged during shipping or delivery

Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Incorrect measurements or specifications provided by the customer
  • Incorrect installation or third-party installation issues
  • Accidental damage after delivery
  • Improper use, care, or cleaning
  • Normal wear and tear

Return Request Timeframe

  • Please submit any return or replacement requests within 1–2 days of delivery. All requests are subject to approval.
  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

This timeframe applies regardless of delivery location.

Inspection & Approval Process

  1. Customers must report the issue with clear photos or videos for verification.
  2. Our inspection team will review the request.
  3. If approved, we will offer:
  • A replacement, or
  • A refund, depending on product availability and circumstances.

If a return request is declined, the product will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
  • Customization charges, installation fees, and special service costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to manufacturing defects or transit damage, return shipping costs will be covered by Philips Modern Home.
  • If a return is approved for any other exceptional reason, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
